SFT Properties operates sftproperties.com and sftproperties.ca under the SFT Living brand in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. These terms govern use of this website. They do not replace a tenancy agreement or limit rights and obligations under applicable Alberta tenancy, consumer protection or privacy law.
You may browse listings and use the website to make genuine enquiries and applications. Provide accurate information and submit another person’s information only with appropriate authority. Do not misuse forms, impersonate others, upload harmful material, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website. Contact SFT if you notice an error or cannot use a feature.
Rent, availability, fees, utilities, parking, pet policies, measurements and other features vary by home and can change. Confirm the current details and the exact suite with SFT before making a decision or signing a lease. Descriptions and images help you compare homes but do not replace a viewing or confirmation of the actual home. A tour request is a request for a time, not a confirmed booking. Submitting an application does not reserve a home or guarantee approval. Any tenancy and payment obligations are governed by the applicable agreement and law.
SFT’s text, branding, photographs and other content, and content supplied by licensors, are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view, save or print information for your personal rental search and share links to our pages. Commercial reuse or republication requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits otherwise.
Application links lead to SingleKey, which operates a separate service with its own terms, privacy notices and consent process. Maps and other external links also lead to services SFT does not operate. Review their terms before providing information. Our Privacy Policy explains how SFT handles website enquiries and information received for rental applications. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents through the tour form.
We work to keep this website useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. Contact us to confirm important information or report a problem. To the extent permitted by law, SFT is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy where doing so is prohibited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Mandatory legal rights and available complaint or dispute-resolution processes continue to apply.
