This policy covers sftproperties.com and sftproperties.ca, enquiries sent to SFT, and information SFT receives when evaluating rental applications. Our tour form asks for your name, email address, phone number, preferred viewing time and move-in timing, with an optional message. The form also identifies the home and its page address. Submit sensitive application documents through the application service, not the tour form.
