Help with accessing SFT Living rental information and services.

SFT Properties aims to make the SFT Living website and rental enquiry process usable by people with disabilities. This statement applies to sftproperties.com and sftproperties.ca. If a page, form or application link creates a barrier, contact us so we can discuss an alternative way to obtain information or request a viewing.
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an improvement target, not a claim of full conformance or certification. A comprehensive assessment of every page, device and assistive technology has not been completed.
The site includes structured headings, text descriptions, labelled enquiry fields and accessible state information on property filters and FAQ controls. A September 2026 review checked property routes, filters, FAQ interactions, galleries and application links in a desktop browser. We use findings from these checks to improve the website and provide email contact options alongside the online enquiry process.
Mobile and tablet behaviour and the complete keyboard and screen-reader experience still require further testing. Some images may need more useful descriptions. Enquiry forms rely on a third-party security check, which may delay or prevent submission in some browsing environments. Applications are handled by SingleKey and external maps by their respective providers; their interfaces may have different accessibility limitations. If you encounter a barrier, tell us which information or action you need and we will discuss available assistance.

You may include your browser or assistive technology if helpful; you do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
